Indian Grill

I've ordered from this restaurant a few times. Food is consistently good and quick however, prices have definitely increased from when I first tried it. Will continue to order from Indian Grill!

This is my go to pick up Indian food. They are always timely and pack everything nicely. I love that the meat isn't super fatty.

We always order here when we at work and they really have good food i will give them 4 stars

Their butter chicken is amazing! Naans are also really good! I've gone to other Indian cuisine and their portions are much better than other places. The butter chicken was a good size I was able to get full for dinner and also have left overs for the next day. Also have a very cozy and welcoming feel! Service was great as well!

I ordered the lamb and the rice. It was very flavorful. My particularly enjoyed the sauce was cooked in super soft and tender. The price was a little high $27. Will definitely be back.

Indian Grill is amazing on all levels. Always traditional home cooked deliciousness [Chicken Tikka Masala w/Naan]! Service on point since Day 1! The staff is continuously attentive, kind and receptive to feedback. The ambiance is amazing and welcoming. These guys are 30+ years in the game; They know what they are doing! Keep it up!

It's hard not to go crazy ordering everything when I go here. This is my absolute favorite Indian restaurant period! I have been to countless Indian restaurants in the Bay Area to give you an idea. Their chai is the best that I have had and perfectly balanced. The chicken tikka masala, veggie Korma, veggie Pakora are the best that I have had. The staff are nice and the facility as well as the bathroom are always clean. Honestly every dish that I have had here is delicious. Can't go wrong!

My favorite Indian restaurant in the East Bay Area. Great food, nice atmosphere, service is excellent and the price is reasonable for the amount of food you get!

We had some sudden guests at home. There were no plans about what to serve for dinner. This place randomly showed up on yelp and we placed the order. We ordered chicken curry, mushroom malai methi and garlic naan. Everything was delicious. Their naans were so good and soft. Everyone loved the food so much that we were short of naans at the end. Will definitely recommend this place. Even we are planning to go at the restaurant one more time. Delivery was also smooth and right on time.

Food is always delicious and flavorful. The garlic naan is so good, my go-to's are the butter chicken and tika masala.

The food we ordered was very tasty. Some were a little spicy for some of us. The waiter was very considerate and answered all our questions. We will be back to try other dishes.

pani puri was great, it's diy so you can make the perfect bite of shatteringly crisp, refreshing tangy sweet spicy potato and a little channa. i would have preferred more channa but otherwise great. ended up getting food to go for dinner: veg biryani was mild as requested, the eggplant and okra were medium, and the pickles were nice and tart and spicy - mouth watering as i write about it now. def would go back and try more dishes.

I went to this Indian grill in San Leandro Ca for the first time. I ordered vegetarian thali. The food is great and also the people are very friendly service is great. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes Indian food.

Excited to try more dishes, the butter chicken, jasmine rice, garlic jalapeño nan were all very tasty. The service is great, everything comes out nice and hot. Flavors are on point!

Friendly staff, great service and the food is just amazing! omg that lamb Biryani was wonderful! My husband always orders the butter chicken and the naan bread (onion, garlic and the pesto). We definitely recommend the food!

I've never had a bad meal from Indian Grill. When I first came here a few years ago, I knew it was going to be good from the aroma that permeated the air as we walked to the restaurant. The food is always fresh and hot. The service is always swift and friendly. The ambiance is cool enough for family night or for date night. Sometimes the music from the tv's are a little too loud but they are accommodating in turning it down if need be.

We just had an amazing dinner from Indian Grill . I highly recommend the Korma , Mattar Paneer and Vindaloo the sauces were excellent ! We also enjoyed the gobi Manchurian . Give yourself a treat and order a dinner

We visited Indian Grill on a quiet Wednesday evening as a family of four and had an excellent meal. We ordered a generous spread: Gobi Manchurian, Tandoori Soya Chaap Sizzler, Malai Kofta, Shahi Paneer, Mughlai Kadai Paneer, rice, Garlic Naan, Onion Naan, Kashmiri Naan, and Mango Lassi. The Tandoori Soya Chaap Sizzler and Malai Kofta were the absolute stars of the evening — incredibly tasty, packed with bold flavors and beautiful layers of spices that kept every bite interesting. The Shahi Paneer and Mughlai Kadai Paneer were also very well executed and flavorful. A special shoutout goes to the Mango Lassi — it was rich, refreshing, and one of the best we’ve had in a while. The naans came out a bit on the crispier side for our taste, but when we mentioned it to the chef/owner Jassi, he was super friendly and told us we could simply request softer ones next time. That kind of responsiveness is always appreciated. The restaurant itself is humble and unpretentious, but the food more than makes up for the simple setting. We’ll definitely be back — this is the kind of neighborhood spot that delivers far beyond expectations. Overall: 9/10

My friend and i had the best mushroom Tikki Masala here tonight. The jalapeño garlic Naan was excellent. We loved the mango lassi

We ordered vegetarian 2 course dinner. Food was good overall, can't say must try or the best you get, bit high priced for what you get, but is it is ok. Cholay bhature was very good, samosa chaat tasted nice, Gobi Manchurian was ok, pani puri is ordinary, Malai kofta was good, Paneer butter masala was garnished with mushroom, some vegetarians don't like that, but gravy tasted nice. Parking is not free, but from the restaurant, you get 2 hours of free parking when you scan and register online.

Food was very fabulous and my father loves butter chicken Food are really great, server are amazing, I believe it's a family owned restaurant that is why all the people serving are amazing very accommodating Ilove their Butter Chicken, Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan. they are not spicy but you can always request to make it super spicy l believe. Price are reasonable, I highly recommend this spot in San Leandro.
